Your Bello can be shared with up to 4 users (accounts). Simply ask others to install the Bello app on their mobile phone and create their own account so that they can connect to your Bello device. They can follow the instructions below.
Instruction for other users:
- Install the Bello app and create your user account
- Make sure the Bello device is powered on, but not in belly fat scanning mode.
Important: If another user’s scan results screen is open in their Bello app, their Bluetooth connection will remain intact and you won’t be able to connect to the Bello device (even if they force close or leave the app).
Make sure they tap the “Confirm” button to leave the screen so that you can pair and connect to the device.

For accurate scanning:
- We recommend scanning the same area of your belly regularly.
- Sweat and object on your skin can affect your belly fat scan.
- Please don't press the Bello too firmly, You just need to press it to the point where there is no gap between your Bello and skin surface.
- Do not measure continuously after measuring while being fixed.
The Bello app can be synchronized to the Apple Health app & Google Fit app. We recommend that you upload your basic data onto the Apple Health app or Google Fit app before synchronizing your data to the Bello app. We are currently working on to partnering up with other health apps, so please stay tuned.
X pops up in a Bello usually when the measurement is wrong due to light interference.
Please make sure that the measurement parts of the Bello (bottom black) are all measured in contact with your skin (thigh possible).
No. Bello cannot power on while charging, so please disconnect your Bello from any power sources before powering on your device.

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

Bello is a product developed under the exclusive licensing of NIRS (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) measurement technology. A comparative study that we ran at a major university hospital in South Korea confirmed a high correlation of 0.8+ between Bello scan results and abdominal CT (Computed Tomography) scan results. In addition, Bello measurements were strongly correlated with CT scans for subcutaneous and visceral fat.
Android’s policy requires users to enable both Bluetooth and location permissions in order to connect to any Bluetooth device. We cannot change our current connection protocols for Bello, since this is not our own policy.
