What is your immune system and how do you boost it? The body's defense, or immunity, refers to the power to respond to various pathogens such as foreign substances, bacteria, and viruses. If the body's own immunity becomes stronger, it is less affected by exposure to pathogens. So knowing how to boost it will keep your body safe and healthy.
