Q&A : Bello 2 vs. Fitto
Q : At 36 years old, I've made the decision to kickstart my health journey and slim down. On Day 1 of this mission, I am asking myself what's best for me—Fitto or Bello 2? Could buying both Fitto and Bello 2 provide me with even greater results in terms of training and performance? Ultimately, it’s up to me to decide which investment will yield the most success on my personal fitness journey.
A: If your main health concern/goal is to prevent metabolic health risks through fat loss, we recommend trying Bello 2 first. Bello 2 helps you track and monitor your body fat % and abdominal fat as you go through a diet.
Belly fat and visceral fat are not only hard to lose but are also hard to detect (ex. skinny fat) and are one of the popular health concerns. Abdominal viscera fat is of particular concern because it's a key player in a variety of health problems — much more so than subcutaneous fat, the kind you can grasp with your hand. Visceral fat has been linked to metabolic disturbances and increased risk for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.
With five quick scans, Bello2 analyzes your body fat composition to provide you with a clear picture of your current progress, where to improve, and how to do so.
We recommend Fitto if your goal is to gain and build muscles and shape your body to your ideal figure. Many of the users who participated in the Fitto challenge programs or who were interested in Fitto were looking forward to tracking their results & progress of their daily exercises. FITTO is designed to help improve muscle performance and increase muscle mass, but it doesn't account for visceral fat, and so it's not fully attuned to interpret indicators for your metabolic health.
It's essential to differentiate between fat and muscle mass because the amounts of either can change your body in subtle ways. Some people work out often while eating high-cholesterol foods like chicken nuggets or cheesesteaks for extra protein, but even if they have a toned build, those habits may still lead to higher levels of visceral fat in certain areas such as around their abdomen and chest - which could eventually be linked with increased risk for diseases like diabetes.
When you become informed about your body's fat and muscle composition, the more likely it is for you to achieve optimum health. Carefully select which device best suits your needs based on your desired fitness goals.
